There’s an important update about the Procedural Fairness for Courts and Judges Website, which was established in 2012.
Unfortunately, that website is now down (and the former domain address has been taken over by spammers). We are committed to maintaining an authoritative website on procedural justice (also called procedural fairness) for judges, court personnel, lawyers (including prosecutors), academics, and the public. For now, you’ll find a few key resources at a new web address: proceduraljustice.org.
If you have thoughts about what you would like to see on a new website devoted to procedural justice and maintaining court legitimacy, let me know (sleben@umkc.edu) or post a comment here.
